We’re looking for a full-time, staff Exploitation Analyst, to join our SOC team located in Maryland
Our ability to offer this job is contingent on a contract award. However, we may recommend alternative positions to you based on the resume you submit
As the Exploitation Analyst, here’s the work you’ll do:
- Exploitation analysts primary mission is more focused on exploitation as they evaluate target opportunities and strategizes activities against networks using all source data to understand and map target networks; assist in developing detailed exploitation and operations plans..
- Working knowledge and understanding of the principles and methods used to identify, collect, analyze process and disseminate information iaw established requirements and priorities..
- Understand network defenses and vulnerabilities to create exploitation plans and make operational adjustment .
- Possess an understanding of and experience in the SIGINT disciplines of collection, target development, and tasking. .
- Analyze and understand collection-related information to guide tasking, identify problems, and assist with collection management. Recognize essential elements of information to enable endpoint opportunities
- Solid understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices and how they connect to networks, and the traffic movements in a network.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices and how they connect to networks, and the traffic movements in a network..
- Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development/analysis..
- Understanding Engineering hardware and/or software, programmming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration..
- Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) will be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., 24-week JCAC course will count as 6 months of experience)..
And if you have these qualifications:
- Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensice, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security).
- With HS - N/A, Assoc – 10 yrs, Bachelor – 8 yrs, Master – 6 yrs, PhD – 4 yrs
- 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate's degree.
- TS/SCI with a FS Clearance (or CI with FS eligible)
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process. (If applicable)
