Office Assistant
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with customer support inquiries
- Prepare and submit weekly payrolls
- Assist with payment submission.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Familiar with LCMs system is preferred.
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with LCMs, QuickBooks, DEP ARTs System, SCA EnFo and other relevant software applications is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
