What are the responsibilities and job description for the AAA PWM Paraplanner position at Gpac?
As a paraplanner, you will work closely with our financial advisors to prepare financial plans, develop investment proposals, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial plans, investment proposals, and asset allocation analyses to support financial advisors.
- Maintain client data and update client files and account paperwork accurately.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, opening new accounts, and managing paperwork efficiently.
- Assist in compiling profiles of prospective clients to facilitate client acquisition efforts.
- Ensure all activities and recommendations comply with industry regulations and firm policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
- 1 years of experience in financial services or wealth management preferred.
- Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Series 7 and 66 licenses are a plus.
