Position Overview : We are partnering with established companies to find a skilled Business Development Advisor . In this role, you will drive business growth through strategic planning and partnership development.
Your primary focus will be identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and contributing to our company’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with established companies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Present business proposals and negotiate contracts with prospective clients
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on business development goals
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage client interactions and sales progress
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker with analytical abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Relevant certifications such as CFP, CFA, preferred
- Series 7 / 63 licenses required
