Ag Loan Officer
I am partnered with a bank in West Central Minnesota that is seeking to hire an experienced Ag Loan Officer. This is an amazing opportunity to join a bank that has competitive pay, interest rates, and a very flexible work environment. There is a good amount of growth opportunity for the right individual as well. They are a family-owned bank that has been serving the community since the early 1900s, with 10 branches across Minnesota.
- Develop and maintain relationships with agricultural customers
- Analyze financial information to assess risk and make lending decisions
- Structure and underwrite loans to meet customer needs and bank policies
- Monitor loan portfolio for performance and risk management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of agricultural lending practices and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3 years of experience in agricultural lending
- Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis
- Ability to travel to meet with customers as needed
