Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of agriculture loans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
  • Evaluate loan applications and financial information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and financial guidance

Position Essential Job Functions:

  • Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure loan compliance
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations
  • Meet loan production goals


Position Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in Ag lending
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
