Job Description: If you're a motivated and experienced Ag Loan Officer seeking a new challenge, then this amazing opportunity is for you! As a Ag Loan Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continued growth and success of our client's financial services division.
Responsibilities: - Originate and underwrite ag loans, deposits and related services for a diverse portfolio of clients - Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to promote business growth - Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure loan viability - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely loan processing and approval - Stay updated on market trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory requirements
Essential Job Functions: - Assess and evaluate creditworthiness of loan applicants - Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements - Prepare loan proposals and presentations for review and approval - Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively address any potential issues - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ag Loan Officer - Proven track record of success in origination and underwriting and credit analysis. Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is MANDATORY - Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also MANDANDTORY - Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Knowledge of lending regulations and compliance best practices
