Qualifications :

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience / training in related responsibilities.
• Ability to handle physical exertion.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Own tools.
• Preferred : Valid driver’s license and two years of mechanical experience with agriculture or heavy equipment (vocational / agriculture technical school training may substitute for experience).

Main Duties :

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with agriculture equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance.
• Handle complex repairs and basic fabrications.
• Supervise field crew and ensure safety practices.
• Collaborate with Custom Harvest and Field Supervisors to ensure timely harvests.
