Our client is recruiting for a Micro-electronic Solder / Assembler . The ideal candidates needs to be comfortable working in a small businesses in a laid back atmosphere where team collaboration is vital.

This role is performed in a Clean Room Environment, performing various assembly tasks on ceramic substrates or related metal packages.

Responsibilities :

  • Prior microelectronics assembly experience required
  • Assemble and solder under a microscope
  • Attach and remove components and wires / wire bonding
  • Rework
  • Die attach, encapsulation, solder reflow
  • Complete all paperwork, time sheets, etc.
  • Follow ISO practices and work instructions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Observe ESD practices and cleanliness requirements
