Job Description Summary
Responsible to manage a portfolio of 25-50 assets for an owner or client and fulfill the manager's obligations under the terms of the property's management agreement.
Job Description
Travel to real estate locations, client meetings and internal meetings on an as needed basis.
Deliver a broad range of asset management services to a diverse portfolio of real estate located in numerous market segments.
Monitoring annual OCC and Federal regulatory compliance requirements as applicable to the assigned real estate portfolio.
Maintain monthly and annual compliance and regulatory deadlines for asset reviews, inspections and triennial valuations.
Prioritize and manage multiple complex projects in various stages with aggressive deadlines and timelines.
Ensure the best possible value on acquisitions and dispositions is obtained.
Form effective working relationships and networks with vendors, contractors, third party property managers, appraisers, brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely and superior completion of all projects and deliverables.
Responsible for leasing, overseeing maintenance and capital expenditures.
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
