- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress, track project milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, estimating costs, and managing project expenses.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications throughout the construction process.
- Support the Project Manager in resolving project issues, conflicts, and changes as they arise.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Previous experience in a construction-related role, with exposure to project management processes and procedures.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
