Bi-Lingual Office Administrator
A Family-Owned company that has been in business for 40 years is looking to add a Bi-Lingual Office Administrator to their team. This company works in commercial, industrial, and residential site development and asphalt paving.
Responsibilities
- Reception - answering phones, taking messages, and responding to client requests
- Checking and responding to client emails
- Filing and scanning reports
- Experience in the construction industry
- Able to do AR/AP
- Work with Surveys
- Help with benefits (yearly enrollment)
- Typing
- Front Desk - being the first point of contact with our diverse range of clients and construction professionals.
- Updating the daily schedule and informing field technicians of changes
- General Office and Clerical Duties
- Invoicing
- Other duties that may be asked of you
Experience:
- Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction 1 year (Preferred)
- Sage 50 (Preferred but will train)
- Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must Be Bi-lingual (proficient in Spanish)
Hours:
- 7am - 4pm - M-F
