Claims Advocate
Position Overview :
Our client, a leading insurance provider, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Claims Advocate to join their team. This role will focus on ensuring smooth claims processes and advocating for clients to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The Claims Advocate will work closely with clients, guiding them through complex claims and resolving disputes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Claims Management : Manage the entire claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Client Advocacy : Serve as the primary advocate for clients in negotiations with insurers, ensuring that their claims are handled fairly and in their best interest.
- Claims Review & Documentation : Analyze and review claims, ensuring all required documentation is submitted and compliance is maintained.
- Dispute Resolution : Resolve any issues or disputes between clients and insurance carriers, facilitating prompt settlements.
- Client Communication : Provide clear and consistent communication to clients throughout the claims process, offering guidance and updates.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay current with trends, regulations, and best practices in the insurance industry to provide informed advice.
Qualifications :
- Experience : At least 2 years of experience in claims management, advocacy, or insurance-related roles.
- Licensing : Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
- Skills : Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with a strong client-focused approach.
- Problem-Solving : Ability to think critically and resolve complex issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Technology Proficiency : Familiarity with claims management systems and CRM tools
