Job Title : Estimator for diverse Commercial Construction
Company Overview : Reputable General Contracting company with over 100 years in the industry is seeking to add an Estimator to the team.
Looking for an Estimator with 2 years of experience in commercial construction. This position is available due to a recent promotion within the team, and the ideal candidate will be ready to contribute to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for various construction projects
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure project goals are met
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents
- Maintain and develop relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Stay up to date with industry trends and pricing
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial construction
- Strong background in general contracting
- Proficiency in Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, and Procore (training available if needed)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
