Job Opportunity : Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, focusing on RTUs and Split Systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to prolong equipment lifespan and prevent breakdowns.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address service needs promptly.
Minimum Background Requirements :
- Commercial HVAC experience is a must (no residential experience required).
- Technical expertise in RTUs and Split Systems with a rating of 10 / 10.
- Limited refrigeration work (no Chillers).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
