Commercial Roofing Sales / Estimator

We seek a motivated professional with 3-5 years of proven experience in the roofing industry . The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, outstanding sales skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license.
