We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Interior Superintendent-Drywall to contribute to the success of high-rise apartment complex projects.

Commercial Interior Superintendent Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all facets of construction projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.
• Efficiently coordinate and schedule subcontractors to optimize work sequences.
• Monitor project progress, promptly address issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.

Commercial Interior Superintendent Essential Job Functions :

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the construction team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure stringent quality control.
• Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative approaches to enhance project outcomes.

Commercial Interior Superintendent Skills :

• 5 to 10 years of experience in drywall installation.
• Proficient understanding of carpentry, framing, insulation, wallboard, doors, and hardware.
• Experience utilizing Procore and Bluebeam.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary : We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000, commensurate with experience.

Relocation Options : For the right candidate, relocation guidance is available.
