  • Develop accurate and comprehensive job estimates
  • Maintain cost keys and price masters by diligently updating information
  • Swiftly resolve cost discrepancies through meticulous data collection and analysis
  • Prepare insightful special reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and industry trends
  • Contribute to team success by achieving related results collaboratively

Estimator Skills and Qualifications :

  • Over 5 years of Estimating Experience in residential construction
  • Proficiency in various estimating software applications
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration
  • Knowledgeable about blueprints and specifications
  • Demonstrated ability to meet project deadlines
