My team is currently seeking a Corporate Attorney for a growing Oregon law firm. Interested attorney candidates should be self-motivated and able to manage their work independently.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' experience with corporate/business transactions
  • M & A transactions, negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, executive agreements, entity formation, business planning
  • Ability to manage matters independently, performing complex legal research and due diligence.
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • No book of business required
  • Must be actively licensed to practice law in Oregon
