Correspondent Bankers

Our client is a rapidly growing and very successful Fintech company that offers derivative hedging products to community and regional banks. You do not have to be a subject matter expert in derivatives. There is a deep bench of subject matter experts to provide support.

What is required are hard charging business development prospecting skills to drive 60 prospecting phone calls per day. For those with excellent prospecting skills the opportunity offers a very competitive base salary and a commission plan that allows you to double your base salary.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with regional and community banks
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with customized solutions that meet their specific needs as it relates to OTC hedging products
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make informed recommendations
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Position Essential Job Functions:

• Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to establish partnerships
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand clients' needs and develop tailored solutions
• Present and demonstrate our client company's products and services to prospective clients
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, building long-lasting relationships

Position Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience selling to regional and community banks in a Correspondent Banker role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong knowledge of the Fintech industry and correspondent banking practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
