Travelling Field Service Technician
We are seeking a Diesel Technician who wants to travel. This is a Field Service Technician position with a twist. Instead of working out of a vehicle, you will travel by air to client sites each week.
The position is essentially a warranty service technician position.
Field Service Technician Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate the proper use of equipment.
- Train on-site techs in the maintenance and repair of the equipment.
- Actually get hands-on with equipment approximately 20-30% of the time. The rest of the time will be spent teaching and training.
- Travel to customer locations weekly.
- A willingness to travel.
- The demonstrated ability to properly diagnose and repair medium to heavy equipment in the field, without supervision.
- The ability to have great customer interaction.
