Director of Purchasing - Residential Construction

A leading home builder is looking to add a Director of Purchasing to their team!

Director Of Purchasing Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee Purchasing Department
  • Prepare budgets and determine product features and options
  • Negotiate and contract with subcontractors and vendors.
  • Vendor/national contract rebates.
  • Assist subcontractors and Construction team as needed
  • Managing/leading a team

Director Of Purchasing Qualifications

  • 5 years of Purchasing experience within the Residential Construction Industry (with projects over $7M)
  • 3 years of Management experience
  • College degree preferred, not required
