Position will be responsible for reviewing historical information, providing site assessments, review and write technical reports, and provide budget estimates for investigation and environmental remediation activities.
Environmental Manager will be required to have technical knowledge and experience in the following activities and be able to clearly communicate and write reports.
- Review Historical Reports
- Prepare Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation Proposals
- Phase I ESA
- Phase II Investigations
- LUST
- IEPA Regulations
- Environmental & Safety Compliance
- Brownfield Redevelopment
- Site Investigation and Regulatory Closure
Position will require the ability to multitask between several projects and ensure that work being performed meets all applicable codes/regulations and will work alongside the rest of the environmental team to come up with comprehensive and creative solutions.
