To support our continued success, we are looking for a seasoned Estimator to join our team and contribute to our dynamic projects.
Position Overview :
As an Estimator, you will play a critical role in our project development process. You will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, preparing detailed bids, and collaborating with various trade divisions to ensure our projects are completed on time and within budget.
Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding our expansion efforts and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects, including restaurants, retail, and fitness clubs.
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information and refine estimates.
- Review and interpret construction plans, scopes of work, and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to support project goals.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in estimating within the commercial construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of trade divisions related to restaurants, retail, and / or fitness clubs.
- Degree in a related field preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
