ESTIMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Qualifications
3 years of estimating experience in the geotechnical construction industry for deep foundations, ground improvement, or earth retention projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention-to-detail
Self-starter with ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Identify and prioritize value engineering opportunities
Identify and research new business opportunities
Reads and interprets drawings and specifications
Conduct on-going reviews with Project Management to identify and resolve any potential obstacles
