Required Skills for Estimator :
- Knowledge of construction materials
- Ability to read blueprints and perform takeoffs
- Strong math skills
- Good organizational skills
- Detail oriented
- Good communicator and able to work as part of a team
Position Essential Job Functions :
- Collaborate with project managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, costs, and regulations to provide accurate estimates.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business.
- Can do estimates & related office work
