Field Operations Manager Requirements
- Construction related degree preferred but heavier emphasis placed on field experience
- Oil, gas, piping, experience required
- Able to oversee multiple projects and crews (5-7) at once
- Capable of overseeing nearly $40M worth of work at once
- Ability to handle office duties (budgets, schedules, expenses) for manpower and equipment
