Job Summary: We are in search of a seasoned and highly adept Flooring Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of flooring projects, right from conception to completion. Your tasks will encompass coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, supervising installation teams, and ensuring that all projects are executed within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of flooring projects from planning to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project coordination.
- Devise project plans, allocate resources, and procure necessary materials.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives and revenue goals.
- Supervise installation teams and ensure strict adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor project progress, address any arising issues, and maintain stringent quality control.
- Oversee project budgets and diligently document project details.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and adopt best practices.
Qualifications:
- Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager within the flooring industry.
- Demonstrated experience in sales specifically within the flooring industry.
- Proficient knowledge of flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry standards.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and be willing to travel to project sites.
