to facilitate the transportation of goods. The primary responsibility of a freight broker is to arrange for the transportation of cargo by negotiating rates, coordinating shipments, and managing the logistics involved in moving goods from one location to another.

• Customer Relations : Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers to understand their needs and requirements.
• Negotiation : Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions for shippers while maintaining profitability.
• Logistics Coordination : Arrange transportation of goods by selecting appropriate carriers, scheduling pickups and deliveries, and managing the logistics process from start to finish.
• Documentation : Prepare and manage necessary paperwork, such as bills of lading, shipping manifests, and other documentation required for transportation and regulatory compliance.
• Problem-Solving : Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the transportation process, such as delays, route changes, or damaged goods, by providing solutions and resolving conflicts.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including safety regulations, customs requirements, and insurance coverage.

Qualifications :
