Qualifications :
- Residential or Commercial HVAC Service Technician Experience
- High School Diploma or greater.
- HVAC State License for CT any level
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
- Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must!
- Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- Must have stable background / work history to be considered for this position
