- Direct and supervise carpentry team members on job sites
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Carpenter
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of carpentry techniques and best practices
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
