Insurance Defense Attorney Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
- Ability to handle files from inception to trial
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
Attorney Desired Areas of Practice:
- Insurance defense
- Malpractice defense
- First party property defense
- General liability
- Construction defects
