Loan Officer Responsibilities:

• Evaluate loan applications and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Guide customers through the loan process and provide them with the best options for their financial needs
• Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely processing and approval of loans
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Loan Officer Essential Job Functions:

• Analyze credit reports and financial statements
• Determine loan eligibility based on credit guidelines and customer risk profile
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Loan Officer Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 1-3 years of lending experience OR equivalent experience approved by Bank Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Willingness to learn
