Job Posting for LOOKING FOR A NEW YORK TITLE COMPANY RECORDING SPECIALIST! at gpac
A top title company in the area is looking for an experienced recording clerk/specialist. This is an on-site position at a GROWING Company!
Title Company Recording Specialist/Recorder Responsibilities:
- calculate fees for recording documents.
- review documents to ensure there are no errors.
- prepare and correct all tax and legal forms as needed.
- prepare all endorsement pages for documents.
- must have experience with all recording forms, including TP584, 255 Affidavit, etc.
- electronically submit or overnight packages to counties in a timely manner.
- create ACRIS forms for closings and tax forms for all counties.
- communicate with others involved in the transaction to update status of recording
Title Company Recording Specialist/Recorder Requirements:
- 3 years of experience at a title company.
- strong communication skills
- attention to detail
- ability to multi-task with minimal oversight.
- ability to work under pressure
- solid organizational skills
- ability to learn internal software programs.
