The MEP Technician is responsible for a wide range of commercial maintenance including non-technical maintenance and other unlicensed trades.

Duties
- HVAC knowledge of controls
- HVAC system maintenance
- Plumbing System Maintenance
- Basic electrical repair
- General Building Maintenance
- 5 years' experience with MEP Systems maintenance & controls
- Ability to follow OSHA standards, requirements of local, state, and federal codes pertinent to facilities.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, building materials, and emergency maintenance.
