Sales Rep Cabinetry & Millwork
We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Rep experienced with Cabinetry and Millwork to join an exciting new opportunity with a growing team! The Sales Rep will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding the customers wants and needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process while utilizing the ability to cross and upsell additional products and services.
Job Type : Full Time, On-site
Responsibilities for the Sales Rep :
- Present and demonstrate cabinetry products to customers, highlighting features, benefits, and customization options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, and designers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and comprehensive quotes, proposals, and estimates based on customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure the showroom is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new product releases, and competitor offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations and advice to customers.
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience with Cabinetry and / or Millwork
- Proficient in reading blueprints and cabinet layouts and designs
- Superior customer service skills including professional appearance and attitude
- Must demonstrate reliability, efficiency and ability to multitask
- Strong personal leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Cabinetry software
