Operations Manager
The Transportation Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing transportation policies, standards and steps taken. This is done in accordance to transportation business and customers' needs. He/She is also responsible for managing transport business resources, including manpower, resources and outside suppliers.

- Influencing, Hiring, Motivating and Retaining Quality-Oriented Crews.
- Planning, scheduling, and dispatching daily.
- Managing Customer Communication & Quality throughout the service process.
- Managing Safety, Compliance, Fleet & DOT alongside National Safety Dept.
- Influencing and Supporting Sales Teams and Initiatives.
- Managing locations social media & Online reputation and reviews.
- Meeting Monthly Revenue & Profit Projections.
- Controlling operational costs (P&L Management).
- Developed Communication & Delegation skills
- Being Thoughtful, Fun-Loving, & Heroic to Our Customers.
Qualifications for Operations Manager
- Proven Leadership Experience 3 years
- Previously P&L management and accountability
- Entrepreneurial Spirit vs Clock in Clock out
- Logistics, Freight, Moving or Transportation experienced, preferred
- Ability to become DOT certified (AMS to train)
Estimated Annual Comp: Base Salary Monthly Profit Bonus. Managers have full transparency and access to their P&L and real-time KPI’s required to manage their business. Comp & Bonus negotiable based on total experience of the candidate.
