Plus, you'll get to work with our proprietary software, Grapevine TMS, which is so user-friendly, even a UX Designer would approve!

Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal team
- Negotiate freight rates with carriers
- Utilize Grapevine TMS to manage shipments
- Coordinate drivers and equipment efficiently
- Update customer and account managers with any issues
- Maintain a positive attitude and sense of urgency to resolve problems quickly
- Manage daily shipments from dispatching to delivery
- Meet and maintain set expectations for call volume
- Sustain a positive attitude to work well with the team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills
