What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paralegal position at gpac?
We are looking for candidates with 3 years of experience in business / corporate immigration and are comfortable handling a high load of cases. Very importantly, other than just finding someone with the right experience, we want someone who is genuinely interested in professional development.
Requirements:
- Experience with start to finish preparation of PERM, I-140, Employment-based Adjustment of Status Applications, Advance Parole and Employment Authorization documents, H-1B.
- Strong knwoledge of corporate immigration procdeures and regulations
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- A Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certificate is preferred
