Plant Manager needed for challenging and rewarding opportunity! Our client is seeking a Food/Feed Production professional to oversee all Operations responsibility including; continuous improvement, production, safety, quality, and leadership. The main focus of this role will be to build a strong team, achieving goals, and being cost effective.
In this role, you will oversee 100 employees across the campus of four facilities; two production sites, warehouse & loading. Requirements:
- 5 Years of Food Production/Manufacturing Leadership experience (Feed/Milling also considered)
- Progressive Career within a stable job history
- Strong with Continuous Improvement, Efficiencies, Leadership, and Team Building
- HACCP, FSMA and other food related regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary $145,000-$185,000 along with company incentives
- Full Benefits and retirement
