To be qualified for this positioin, you will need:
- A minimum of a 4 year degree, preferably in Engineering. A MS degree is also preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership, preferably as a Plant Manager or Asst. PM.
- Experience leading a high-speed manufacturing plant with a headcount of no less than 150 people.
- Proven ability to ....teambuild, communicate effectively, be a visionary change leader.
- Experience with Extrusions
