Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in precast concrete manufacturing and maintenance is seeking a Plant Manager to join their growing team.
This company is a multi-site precast concrete manufacturing looking for candidates who have a desire for career growth and advancement.

The Plant Manager will direct and coordinate activities concerned with production of company product(s).
- Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors
- Coordinates production activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment
- Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specifications, and operation or production problems
- Compiles, stores, and retrieves equipment checklist
- Innovation, testing, and development of new products
- Conduct safety meetings and production meetings
- On-going teaching, training, and development of personnel
- Confers with management personnel to establish production and quality control standards, manage budget and cost controls, and to obtain data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered
Job Specifications or Qualifications
Certificates, Licenses, Registration : PCI Certified - preferred; OSHA 10 Preferred
Education : High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
Experience : 5 to 7 years prior or related experience required in precast concrete
Supervisory Experience : 3 to 5 years required
Comfortable with Independent Decision Making
