Experience
- Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in business administration, manufacturing, supply chain, engineering or related field (open to different degree if experience is there).
- 5 or more years of demonstrated experience in leading teams of 20 employees.
- 5 or more years of manufacturing experience.
- Experience in mid-size and small size organization (preferred)
- 5 or more years of plastics or mold injection experience (preferred).
