- Oversee and manage the entire production process
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards
- Manage and train production staff
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and procedures
- Meet production targets and deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing production supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and procedures
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with MRP/ERP systems
