- 5 years of experience
- California land surveryor license
- Experience in preparing boundary surveys, land subdivisions and legal descriptions.
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledgeable in working with multiple layouts
- Experience in communicating with clients
- Highly motivated and dependable
Skills & Responsibilities :
- Ability to develop solutions and problem solve
- May be asked to lead small teams on projects
- Developing a schedule and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently when needed
