Project Manager - Earthwork/ Site Dev.
We are actively working to help a progressive and growing Twin Cities Heavy Civil Construction client of ours find an experienced Earthwork Project Manager. Most jobs are local/ home nightly/ minimal travel. Company has opportunity for growth/ advancement, paid holidays and vacation, paid health benefits and prides themselves on their family friendly culture.
Qualified individual needs to meet below:
- 3 yrs Experience within managing Earthwork/ Site Development construction projects.
- We need problem solvers, accountable, passionately consistent, and a detailed team player
- Seek out bid opportunities through client relationships, network opportunities, public and private postings and assigned opportunities
- Earthwork estimating experience a plus
- Project communications with clients, field staff, office support staff and management, work with appropriate staff to meet any EEO/DBE project requirements
- Work with operations staff to coordinate appropriate construction methods, staffing needs and ensure all aspects of project are met safely, on or under budget and in an appropriate time frame
- Proven problem-solving ability and ability to manage multiple tasks
