As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing construction management, knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems, and ensuring projects meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Proven working experience in Construction Management
- Knowledge of construction details/design and relevant rules and regulations
- Proficiency in construction management software packages
- Ability to build and manage project schedules
- Strong time and project management skills
Essential job functions:
- Self-motivated and able to work under deadlines
- Able to multi-task and prioritize changing priorities
- Experience with estimating and change orders is a plus
- Strong commitment to long-term goals
- Excellent research skills and problem-solving abilities
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- Knowledge of HVAC and Piping Systems
- Proficient in P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $70,000-130,000
