My client is looking to add a detail oriented Property Manager to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to work for a world class company along side some of the best in the business!
Qualifications of the Property Manager:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Property Management: 2-3 years (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- US work authorization (Preferred)
Essential Functions of the Property Manager:
- Provides overall direction and supervision of day-to-day property management with oversight responsibility for management of the properties within a designated portfolio.
- Ensure monthly occupancy and delinquency goals are met.
- Confirms timely and accurate reporting for assigned portfolio to the Regional Vice President. Information included will be vacancy and delinquency numbers, budget variances, staffing needs, upcoming inspections, and other data, as needed.
- Will communicate regularly with all necessary company employees, lenders, property owners, financial partners, and other individuals as deemed necessary.
- Will do regular visits to each property to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Ensure Revenues are maximized.
- Expenses are carefully monitored and controlled.
- Ensures all employees are properly trained.
- Resident satisfaction is a continual focus.
- Make certain that each property is maintained to the highest standards with a continual focus on asset preservation and enhancement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to all legal requirements are reinforced.
Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required of the Property Manager:
- Demonstrated experience (2-3 years) in residential property management.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Required to travel up to 75%.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Must have knowledge of Federal, State and Local Policies.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentations skills
- Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with strong attention to detail
- ResMan software application experience preferred, but not required.
