JOB SUMMARY
Perform site level administration of the company's Loss Prevention Software (OE Suites) that includes event management, investigations, Process Hazard Analysis, Management of Change, Pre-Startup Safety Review, a Learning Management System, Compliance Calendaring and Action Item Management Modules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Achieve a detailed understanding of the processes and record keeping requirements for a healthy PSM program.
Assist and support Safety & Process Safety leader and facility leadership in the maintenance of the PSM Elements.
Ensuring accurate incident and near miss information is captured in OE Suites, investigation leaders and teams are assigned, and investigations are closed in a timely manner.
Approvals are achieved by appropriate parties and documented.
Pre-Startup Safety Reviews are conducted prior to changes equipment and processes are utilized.
Maintain an overall site PHA schedule and assist with obtaining 3rd party resources to conduct the PHA's.
Ensures that electronic locations are maintained and easily accessed and ensuring Process Safety Information is updated.
Coordinate and execute the site Operating Procedure Management system.
Support the site Safety and Process Safety Leader
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical or petrochemical, manufacturing, or related field.
5 years in a manufacturing discipline such as operations, maintenance, procurement/warehousing, with a record of increasing responsibility and organizational skill.
Associates degree or bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, chemistry, or related field.
Exposure to OSHA PSM elements or execution at a site level
