Your Role:
As our Refrigeration Manager, you'll be the backbone of our cooling operations. From the moment you step in, your expertise will ensure the smooth functioning of our commercial refrigeration equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the repair and routine maintenance of our refrigeration and electrical systems.
- Ensure the upkeep of all equipment, machinery, facilities, and grounds.
- Showcase your welding and torch cutting talents as needed.
- Shine in additional roles and responsibilities as directed by management.
What We Expect from You:
- At least 18 years of age.
- A knack for working effectively in emergency situations and challenging conditions.
- A thirst for knowledge in refrigeration, electricity, plumbing, and general mechanical repairs.
- Flexibility with working hours, shifts, and the occasional weekend or holiday.
- Stamina to withstand extreme temperatures, prolonged standing, and challenging physical tasks.
- Adherence to safety guidelines, including the use of PPE at all times.
- Prior experience in HVAC? That's a massive plus for us!
